Advocacy and Consulting

We will:

review your child's evaluations and, if necessary, request additional or independent evaluations.
review all school records to determine if your child has been making effective progress.
request and attend meetings with you.
make recommendations on your child's IEP or 504 Plan.
make recommendations about appropriate placement for you child.
attend disciplinary meetings and Manifestation Determinations with you.
attend Mediation meetings with you.
file complaints with the Department of Education if the school has not been complying with the State and Federal Laws.
