Advocacy and Consulting

We will:

  • review your child's evaluations and, if necessary, request additional or independent evaluations.
  • review all school records to determine if your child has been making effective progress.
  • request and attend meetings with you. 
  • make recommendations on your child's IEP or 504 Plan.
  • make recommendations about appropriate placement for you child. 
  • attend disciplinary meetings and Manifestation Determinations with you. 
  • attend Mediation meetings with you. 
  • file complaints with the Department of Education if the school has not been complying with the State and Federal Laws.
